Megan Lisa is a committed licensed veterinary technician who became a part of our team in March 2020. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Washington State University and recently earned her veterinary technician degree from Ashworth College in 2023. A passionate animal lover, she shares her home with two black cats, Ali Babba and Wynx, and a Millwood rescue lab mix, Zuli. With extensive experience in animal care, Megan spent three years in the Exotics Ward at WSU, five years as a CPBT-KA licensed Senior Bird Trainer at Disney World. Additionally, she spent 6 weeks in South Africa doing wildlife rehabilitation. She became Fear Free certified in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, obstacle races, reading, and crocheting Woobles.
