She is a native of Westchester, joined the Millwood Animal Hospital team in the summer of 2023. With a lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian, her passion for animal care was ignited early on by volunteering at local shelters in high school. She attended Quinnipiac University to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Technology and subsequently gained valuable experience as a veterinary technician. A highlight of her journey as a veterinary technician was her trip to Panama, where she contributed to spay and neuter initiatives, showcasing her dedication to improving the lives of animals. Dr. Sansolo graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013 and is excited to bring her expertise and compassion to Millwood Animal Hospital.

She has a strong passion for feline medicine, dedicating her expertise and care to the health and well-being of cats. Her commitment to understanding the unique needs of these animals drives her to stay updated with the latest advancements in veterinary science. With a gentle touch and a deep understanding of animal behavior, she ensures that every animal receives the specialized attention they deserve. Her love for animals not only enhances her practice but also creates a nurturing environment for both pets and their owners.

Dr. Sansolo is a passionate pet owner, looking after her Norwegian Forest Cat, Mochi, and her Havapoo, Beaux. She enjoys a rewarding life with her husband and two daughters, engaging in activities like yoga, travel, and enjoying quality family moments.
